It has been proved for the first time that at the process of binary alloying of antimonide indium with $Cd$ and $Te$ taken in equiatom correlation the constant of crystal grating is getting considerably changeg. A change of a grating constant provokes deformation of energy spectrum of electrons, changes physical characteristics of solid solutions.
