Pelyk L. Elaboration assortment and resarch of filter fabrics peculiarities of polyamide and polyessential fibres

Complex estimation of filter fabrics quality of different fibre composition is given in textile commodity research for the first time. The influence of fibre composition, its structure on the process of fabric wearing out and the role of principal descriptions of filter fabrics in the formation of their filter capacity and wearing out stableness is investigated. Uptodate tool-making methods and research results of perspective samples of filter fabrics in productive condition are used for estimation of these characteristics. Principle factors of filter wear and tear fabrics in the process of wing them as washers are revealed. Laboratory method of modeling wear and tear textile washers, the heart of which is the investigation of influence of heat treatment fabrics during their boiling in the sugar syrup and fearing in the atmosphere of hot air are worked out. The author's recommendations permit to get a considerable economic effect with more rational using of raw resources, considerable raising of quali ty level and terms of filter washers using.
