Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of new polymeric composition materials on based on complex aromatic polyester polyarylate DV-102. There have been founded the conformities to natural laws of physical-chemical interaction of polymeric matrix and fibrous fillers on phases dale scopes in heterogeneous system and its influence on basic exploitation characteristics and structure of compositions. There has been set a rise of thermo-physical and dynamic indices and resistance to wear compositions accordingly by 2-7; 2-3 and 13.5, 20 times, decrease of friction coefficient by 2 - 5 times. The defined efficiency criteria values PV of compositions at exploitation in dry friction regimeare no more than 1,6 and at water and oil lubrication - 9 МПа m/sec. Application expediency of composites on the base of polyarylate as details of mobile compounds of beet-harvesting engines has been shown.
