Essay

The object of study is a short-base bucket loader with adjustable hydraulic voluminous transmission. The aim is development of methods for prediction of basic parameters and loads of small loaders with manually adjustable hydraulic voluminous transmissions. Methods of study: theoretical and experimental, based on solids mechanics and consideration of non-linear wheel slippage characteristics and external resistance's. Strain transducer measurements have been performed. New relations were found for emergence of loads in loader traction drive. Methods of loader calculation have been developed and recommendations on improvement of hydraulic drive given. New methods were worked out for calculation of limit forces and loading modes of short-base loaders aimed at development of machines possessing the highest operational characteristics, recommendations on improvement of heat exchange in hydraulic transmissions given. The results have been applied to design of ПФ-04 loader and hydraulic voluminous d rive for ДЗК-251 grader at Kryukiv Railroad Car Plant. Sphere of application: engineering enterprises.
