Vitreous enamels for electrostatic spraying on steel in regime "two coats - one firing". Making of scienific fundamentals of the easymelting light-coloured enamels synthesis for electrostaic spraying. Physical and chemical analysis methods and mathematical methods of processing of experiments results. Possibility of synthesis of the easymelting glasses in pseudo- threfold Cabal-R2O-SiO2 system with high electrical resistanse were proved. For the first time were elaborated composition of light-coloured enamels for electrostatic spraying on base non deficient components and parametrs of is spraying. Inculcated on "Azov".
