111 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were examined. Improvement of bone and joint changes diagnosis in rheumatoid arthritis using complex of up-to-date radiation methods. XR: EDR-750(Hungary), CT: CT-9000 "General Electric" (USA),US: "Dornier 3200" (Germany). Rentgendensitometric criteria of osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis, including early stages, were determined. Impairments of calcium metabolism and its regulation were revealed. Possibilities of sonography for diagnosis of joint changes in rheumatoid arthritis were studied.
