3.The object of investigation: agriculture of Ukraine, deepening researches are accomplished on the agricultural enterprises' materials of Kamenets-Podil'skiy area of Khmelnitskiy region. The aim of investigation: the substantiation of the offers for improvement of the regulation mechanism of investment activity in the agriculture and investment activity level increase. The main methods are of monographic, abstract - logic, economical-statistical, calculative-constructive, statistical groupings, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the complex research of investment activity economical regulation levers is conducted, the offers for their improvement are grounded, the method of valuation of the budget expenditures on agriculture support with the help of indirect levers is developed, the volumes of means, which will arrive to the agriculture in case of the offers realisation, developed during researches on improvement of indirect levers of the economic regulation mechanism are determined. The sci entific novelty: of researches is, that the concept "an investment climate" was specified, the main principles of state investment policy in the agroindustrial complex and levers of activation investment processes are grounded, the influence of indirect levers of regulation on agricultural commodity producers' investment activity is opened, the main methodical approaches to development and realisation the regional investment programs is developed The level of inculcate: the offers, developed as a result of researches are introduced by Ministry of the Agroindustrial Complex of Ukraine and Kamenets-Podil'skiy regional state administration. The effectiveness: will promote resumption of high-grade agrarian investment process The sphere of use: the agricultural economics.
