There were inspected 186 patients. The object: the improvement of diagnostic and treatment of patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis. Methods of investigations: functional indicices of nasal cavity. Radioimmune investigation of cAMP cGMP. Microbiological investigations. Immunological methods: T and B lymphocytes, Th, Ts, immunoglobuiins A, M, G. Practical results: methods of treatment are simple in use and effective in the treatment of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis. The innovation is in the improvement of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis treatment results and enlargement of remission period. The field of use is medicine.
