179 patients with essential hypertension were examined with the aim of enhancing of efficacy of treatment with basing on studying of pathogenic mechanisms of this disease. It was estimated that development of essential hypertension is followed the remodelation of heat, changes 24-h rhythm of blood pressure, accumulate of lipoperoxidation products and peptides of middle molecular mass. Captopril, enalapriul and losartan normalized this parameters. Field of application - cardiology.
