Shkoba Y. The peculiarities of clinic development and complex treatment of maxillary sinuses among patient before and after Chernobyl accident.

The aim of this research is to test our hypothesis belonging to differentiation and complex treatment of the disease. The information we posses is very complete. Theories have been built on the experimental data. The method we have planned to use is quite new. It's the method of draining. The clinic material is focused on the treatment of combined forms of maxillary sinusitis. The influence of linear-polar neocongerentive light of tube '' Bioptron-2'' on the effective treatment of some forms of chronic maxillary sinusitis was analysed. It has been studied on the basis of applying of ethyotropic and pathogenic means by the method of irrigation 2-3 times a day by introducing a phonophorez. It's desirable that complex treatment should be used by method of irrigation 2-3 times a day. The objective of the thesis is of great practical significance.The results of the work have found a clinical utility in treatment of patients suffering from COM.
