Essay

The dissertation is devoted to surgical reabilitation of patients suffering from chronik otitis media (COM). The improved method and indications for using delayed meatotympanoplasty are elaborated beig based on the electron microscope data about runnig of some kinds of COM. The ways of correction of disorders in patient's organism connected with peroxid oxidation of lipids and antioxidation protection duering corse of the disease are proposed. The application of the delayed meatotympanoplasty is established to give sufficient and stable morfological and functinal effect. The results of the work have found a clinical utility in treatment of patients suffering from COM.
