Ukrainian political reugrees and displaced persons after the Second World War. – Manuscript. There are revealed peculiarities of the Ukrainian emigration after the Second World War. There are esteblished reasons of the emigration, its main directions. It is analyzed a social structure of the ukrainian refugees, conditions of their life and labour in the prisoner-of-war camps, and later in the countries of their deportations.Ukrainian after-war emigration had strongly pronounced political character, variety of the social staff and a high degree of the national and cultural conciousness,a quick adoptation to the new conditions of life.
