Essay

It was established on the results of experimental investigations of 55 puberty rat-mails of Vistar population and comparative complex medical-laboratory studying of the dental sick of age from 21 to 62 years that periodontal tissues are very sensitive to the effect of ionized irradiation in small dozes and stress. New mechanisms of periodontitis development have been discovered upon influence of these factors on an organism. It was proved that stress modifies and increases pathologic changes in periodontal that are connected with irradiation influence. It was established that the sickness with generalized periodontitis of people influenced by radiation and psycho-emotional factor during Chernobyl's catastrophe is more hard than in the case of the ills who were not exposed by such influences. The method of generalized periodontitis treatment has been proposed.
