Davydenko N. Obtaining of an iron oxide by chemical enrichment of ferriferrous concentrates

The thesis is devoted to problems on development of obtaining technology of iron oxides by chemical enrichment of ferriferrous concentrates. The obtained iron oxide can be used as initial raw material for production of ferrite, accumulators and iron powders. In a thesis the main parameters are determined which influence on pressure leaching and leaching by sulfuric acid processes. The influence of temperature, pressure, duration of process and components ratio on quality of a final product is investigated. Is lead up, that the combination of thermochemical methods of influence on a ferriferrous concentrate allows to receive powders of an iron oxide of a specific structure. The developed technological solutions are confirmed by outcomes of tests in half-industrial conditions.
