The thesis is devoted to observations and investigations of the radio emission of the pulsars at decameter wave range. The results of the longitude-frequency structure observations for the five pulsars at decameter wave range have been presented. The polarization observations and investigations of pulsars radio emission were carried out. We have shown the possibility of sounding the upper layers of pulsar magnetosphere.
