Essay

The thesis presents a scientific analysis of custom activity in Ukraine. It deals with some aspects of foundation and development of the custom - house institutions in Ukraine as well as the situation with legal providing of custom affairs and mechanism of realisation of custom policy. Much attention is given to the analysis of financial and legal relations of custom institutions with the state budjet. The work also explains theoretically the process of improvement of the use of custom-houses veceipts and implantation there the elements of self-support.
