Essay

The subject of study: Quasibinaries Cu2S-Cu2Se,Cu2S-Cu2Te, Cu2S-Ag2Se,Cu2S-Ag2Te and alloys Cu2Se,AgCuSe,Cu4TeSe. The aim study: The phase formation study in quasibinaries,determination of crystalline structure, investigation of growing processes in thin films, their physical properties and posibilities for practical using. Method of investigation: X-ray scattering mtthod, DTA, electronic microscopy, electrophysical properties measurements. Theoretical and practical results, newness: syntez method of Cu and Ag chalcohenides is developed, phase diagrams of four quasibinaries are plotted, new compounds are established, growing processes are investigated. Degree of implementation: Presented results can be used at Ivan Franko Lviv State University and technology studies and producing solar cells. Sphere of application: Photo- and thermotransformers of energy.
