Dissertation is devoted to the exploration of the Ukrainian emigrant political parties' activities in the I Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938). Shaping process of the Czechoslovak approach to the Ukrainian issue and the peculiarities of the recipient-country political system, which have influenced emigrant political parties, are examined in this reserch. Activities of the Ukrainian political parties in the inter-war period are analysed with their special regard to the emigrants' community, country of residence and the Ukraine.
