Essay

Thesis is devoted to study of atrial vulnerability and its determinants on patients with various clinical forms of paroxismal atrial fibrillation differed on the base of heart's electrophysiological properties and structural - functional aspects. The parameters of heart rate variability were also took into consideration. The heart conductive system's principal electrophysiological parameters dynamic, atrial vulnerability's rate characteristic and atrial activity parameters were analysed during artificaly induced paroxysmal tachyarrhythmia under action of antiarrhythmics. Prognostic electrophysiological criterion of antiarrhythmic therapy effeciency were grounded.
