The process of creation and utilization of international investment resourses has been studed. Research subject: international investment resourses. Substantiation of ways to increase effectiveness of attraction and utilization of international capital. Research methods: mathematical methods, system analysis. New elements of motivation system and new approaches to investment priorities have been proposed. Results have been used for power industry pricing policy. Area of implementation is attraction and utiliztion of investments in economy of Ukraine.
