Zyenkin M. Historik,social and politikal ideas of B.N.Chicherin

The life and vision of B.N.Chicherin as an outstanding representative of the liberal trend in the social and political thought of Russia. Reconstruction of the historical and political ideas of Chicherin in the context of his life and creation, the definition of his place in the social life, historical philosophical and political science of Russia. Methods: periodical and typical, historical-genetic, historical-comparative and historical-chronology, bio-historiography. There was created the first variant of the generalized research of the biography and ideas of Chicherin, pay attention to the originality of his historical-philosophy and political-sociology ideas, proposed the periods of biography of Chicherin and historiography of the problem, classification of sources, define the role of his heritage for nowadays. The results of the investigation could be used for writing special works in history, philosophy, politics and law, history of the historical science. The effects of the implementation: ret hinking of the history of the liberal thought in Russia of the second half of 19th - beginning of 20th century.
