Essay

The object of study is fine aggregate concrete. Purpase of study is to develope the concrete mixtures for the repair of reinforced concrete structures of bridges on the base of accessible, technological and ecologically safe components providing higher adhesion to the concrete and reinforcement directly after repair, and also posseing durable physico-chemical and defence proper- ties. Methods of research - defination of compressive strength and tensile strength at bending, water absorption, water permeability, frost resistance, shrinkage, swelling, corrosion resistance, modolus of elasticity, coefficient of thermal expansion, luminescial defectoscopy, obtical micrscopy, infra-red spectroscopy. Theoretically proved the action mechanism of complex additive on increase of adhesion of concrete mix to the repairing surface. Proposed the compositions of fine concrete with complex additive to repair the bridges. Definied the influence of complex additive on physico-mechanical and performance properties of con crete. Achived the identity of deformation properties of recoverable concrete of defence layer and bridge structures. Proved the effectiveness of use of concrete mix to repair the defence layer of bridge structures in Kharkov region, and also to strengthen bearing beams of ceiling of a factory in Kharkov. The held of use is the maintenance-performance orgnizations of Regional Read Departments.
