Essay

Scientific - practical fundamentals of use industrial wastes for production of gypsum and mixed binder and composite materials on their basis are developed. By the methods of DTА, quasyequilibrium thermography, NMR, X-ray, electronmicroscopic, electrongraphic and petrographic analyses, investigate the dehydration singularities of gypsumcontained wastes - forms, used by horcelain-faience production. The optimum technological condition of the gypsum binder obtaining by thermal handling of used gypsum forms is defined. The optimum composition of mixed binder on the base of obtained building gypsum is developed. On the base of obtained binder durable fiber-glass composite material is developed. It has found use as hydroinsulation coating.
