Essay

9 scientific works and 2 rationalization proposals presented for defense include the results of observations regarding clinicopathogenetic variants of diabetic angiopathias of the lower limbs and differential applying therapeutic complexes depending on certain peculiarities of pathological processes. The investigation revealed the impairments in lipid peroxide oxidation system, immunology the status, hemostasis and regional hemodynamics. The data obtained enabled to substantiate the possibility of correcting the above said patogenetic mechanisms of developing diabetic angiopathias via calcium antagonists, magneto-laser therapy, their combination and as of microwave resonant therapy on the background of conventional therapy. This promotes the effect of conventional treatment due to immunoregulation, normalization of oxidation-reduction processes and elimination of hemocirculatory disturbances.
