This dissertation outlines theoretical and experimental investigations on quality assurance of serial gas-turbine engines production and reliability increase based on statistic analysis of serial tests data. On the basis of approval tests results a mathematical model for evaluation and quality forecasting of serial gas-turbine engines production has been developed. The technique ensuring evaluation of effect of test rig instrumentation scheduled maintenance on final parameters of serial gas-turbine engines has been developed. The technique for calibrating test rigs without the use of standard engine has been developed. The measures for changing terms of scheduled maintenance of test rig instrumentation have been implemented which resulted in significant increase of test rig efficiency of "Motor Sich" JSC test station.
