Essay

The nature of visco-elastic anisotropy of polymer high-oriented fibers has been studied. The measurement method for determining crosswise components of real and imaginary values of susceptibility tenzor of high-oriented polymers by torsion pendulum has been devised. At first, it has been found that, the perfect order exists in the polymer high-oriented fibers. This order is characterized by dispersion of angle of incline 10-2. Secondly, the striking anisotropy of the heat fluctuations is the characteristic feature of polymer high-oriented fibers which is expressed by that the crosswise components of susceptibility tenzor of heat fluctuations of deformation exceed on order the longitudinal components. Thirdly, the visco-elastic anisotropy of the polymer high-oriented fibers is caused by the anisotropy of relaxators. The model of segmental mobility of the polymer high-oriented fibers in the region of glassing has been proposed. The basic peculiarity of this model is that two segments (within relaxator ) change their position from inclined to unfolding parallel of axis of fiber orientation becouse of activated jump.
