Chyrok O. Methods of an estimation of a technological Heredity and their use at thermoipalse processeing of details of air manufacture.

The dissertetion is devoted to development of methods of the account of a tecnological heredity at processing ditails of air manufacture. The analysis of processes of occurence, distribution, development and interaction masamatical models, got by a detail by nopupose image during proces-sing are offered. The processes accompanying influence of hightemperature gas environment on a surface and edge of details at thermo-impulse processing are considered. The analytical and numerical dependencies allowing to analyze and to take into account the factors of tecnological heredity are recerved. The egeneering techniquese and tecnologicalrecommendations for the account of influence of no-purpose deviations arising at processing on operational parameters of product, also choice of optimum routs of processing from a minimum negative heredity are given. The new technologies are offered which are based on use of energy gas explosion.
