Object of investigations: telluride of lead and its relations Aim of investigation: exploration of the texnological and outside influences on the termoelectrical qualities of the PbTe films and its relations.Methods: the compensational method of constant and variable electrical and magnetic fields, Hartman's method, Oge-spectroscopy, X-rays topografy.Results: comlex exploration of the termoelectrical qualities of the PeTe films and optimizations of their thermoelectrical parameters.Introduction: using in the educational process of the Precarpathion university after V.
