The metal oxide systems; The manufacturing of low-wear anodes on iron alloy base. The methods of investigation: potentialdynamic, galvanstatic, metalgraphic, X-ray analysis and other. The electrode process kinetics of metal oxide formation researches, which takes as a principle of technology creation of the low- wear anodes with functional cover containing iron and manganese oxides were carry out. The cathode reduction of permanganate of potassium on steel base for the active manganese dioxide cover formation is proposed. The laboratory and trial tests were carry out. Application: electrochemical productions.
