Essay

Patients with dry keratokonjunctivitis (DK). To raise the effectiveness of treatment of DK by influence of impulse electromagnetic field (IEMF) to the region of tear gland. Methods - ophthalmic, electromicroscopic, biochemical, immunological. The optimal condition of influence of IEMF for the stimulation of tear production was established. Elaborated a new method of treatment of DK, established his high clinical effectiveness (in 85% of patients raises the level of tear production). This method has been instiled into ophthalmological practice. Field of using: medicine, ophthalmology.
