It was shown that anisotropy and nonparabolicity of the energy spectrum of electrons and holes make possible to explain p-type conductivity of tellurium. Paculiarities of the band spectrum of carriers and their nonlinear drift mobilities temperature dependence make possible to explain double Hall's coefficient inversion in tellurium. Self-organization processes of the semiconductor under investigation can be controlled by varying temperature or dopant concentration.
