The thesis deals with the study of clinical manifestations peculiarities, peripheral red blood findings, iron serum, general iron combining capability, transferin saturation index, immunity, lipid peroxidation, endogenic intoxication in children 3-14 years of age with iron deficiency anemia depending on age, severity state, the disease duration and associated pathology. Endogenic intoxication syndrome development in mild and moderate iron deficiency anemia in pathogenically substantiated on the basis of clinical and laboratory investigation, its influence upon the disease dynamics being demonstrated. There has been achieved a pronounced effect due to a combined usage of the magneto-lazer therapy and vitamin E in complex treating children with deficiency anemia.
