The dissertation deals with modern English marketing terminology, stratificational and semantico-thematic structures of terminology, compositin and structure of Marketing terms. There is a statistic dependence between semantic productivity and semantic complixity of marketing terms and the quantity of words, sterms, morphems, letters: with increase of the semantic producitivity of terms their structural complexity and length decrease, and with increase of the semantic complexity-increase.
