Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of the dynamics and errors of the micromechanical gyros. Mathematical models that describe sensitive element’s movement on the rotating basis for the tuning fork, gimballed and single mass micromechanical gyros are developed. The model of errors caused by 3D motion of a basis, thermal changing and manufacturing errors is developed and investigated for the gyros with linear and rotational movements of the sensitive element. The methods and recommendations for reducing or eliminating of the errors and calculating of the basic performances of the gyros are developed. Specialized algorithms and software for the simulating and sensitive elements designing are created.
