Essay

The thesis advances new scientific concepts and provisions concerning legal guarantees of land reform as a constant process in the society and state life in their interaction with the nature. The author substantiates the existence of complex legal institute of land reform legal guarantee. There are also substantiated propositions for improvement of Ukrainian legislation by including of parts "Legal Guarantees of Land Reform" and "Transitional Norms" to suggested in the literature the Land Laws Code as well as the application of responsibility measures for law violations in this sphere.
