Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of creation stationary of recombination nonequilibrum plasma in isolated volume and use of such plasma in an active zone plasma-chemical rectors or in devices with plasma stimulation of cheramic reactions in liquids. In the dissertation the cinditions are certain, at which plasma of a stationary torch of a coaxyal-ace discharge source - recombination nonequilibrum. Use of the dependent category, stimulated by plasma of such torch, forachievent of optimum conditions of course associative plasma-cheramical reactions in volume and removal of heavy metals from water solutions is offered. Presence of the additional mechanism of destruction of the vibrationally-exited molecules of hydrogen experimentally is establiched. Constant of speed of suppression of vebrational excitation of molecules of hydrogen thereof mechanism for the first time is meas-under and the conditions are certain, at which the specified mechanism is necessary for taking into account at calculations of settling of vebrational condition of molecules.
