Mechanical equipment of metallurgical plants. Technical state definition. Mathematical modelling, full-scale experiment, gages for vibration parameters investigation. It is established that ISO 2372, VDI 2056 standards don't allow to estimate the metallurgical machines technical state by vibrovelocity parameter reliably. The method of allowable vibration levels calculation for metallurgical machines is elaborated. The dependencies between multitude of equipment technical states and multitude of diagnostical signs are obtained. The complex approach for machines state evaluation on the basis of vibroacoustical signal parameters analysis which takes into consideration the mechanism elements influence and allows to solve the questions of state recognition on the united methodological basis is elaborated. The method of complex diagnostics and allowable vibration level determination is inculcated at the breakdown mill of OAO DMZ and rolling mills ¤2 of the Makeevka metallurgical combinat. Emergency stopp age exeption of metallurgical equipment, equipment life time increasing and fulfilled repairs volumes reducing. At the metallurgical plants, at the universities study process.
