The dissertation deals with questions of definitions of unity and differentiation of legal regulation of labour relation and main groups of their existing; main features of unified and differentiated regulation of working time, time of rest and wages. The problems of optimium correlation of centralizated and local regulations of labour relations according to market changes in society are investigated in the dissertation. Special attention is paid to the definition of relations of working time, time of rest and wages which have to be regulated by unified and differentiated legal regulations. The concrete propositions and recomendations are presented to improvsng the labor legislation.
