Kozak Z. Covenantal Regulation in Ukrain Labour Law.

The dissertation studies the issues of the regulation based on a contract in labour law of Ukraine. The definition, srhere, types and the importance of such kind of regulation is examined. The characteristics the regulation based on collective as well as individual agreement are presented. The structure, the levels and the parties of the collective agreement are analysed. The author defines the legal grounds of social partnership in Ulraine; examines an individual labour agreement on its different procedural stages. The definition and the features of the contract as of a specific scientific literature and the sourcesd of present legislation of Ukraine and international treatments, court practice, enforcement and implementation examples and foreigh legal experience the author outlines the problems of her research and the main conclusions and prooposals ass for the improvement of Ukrainian legislation.
