The dissertation deals with the essence of the right to social secutity and the legal nature of pension; it provides the analysis of the legislation on pension, new ideas of the theory of pension relationships according to the free-maker reform in the socoety. The athor also analyzed the principles and methods of financing the system of pension and provides a research on the theiretical aspects of implementing a non-gonemmental system of pension security in Ukraine.
