Essay

In this work the scientific and technical problem associated with improvement of safety of mining equipment details made from machine steel was solved. Barium is injected in to steel composition to improve the set of properties of castings and technical and economic factors of it's manufacturing. The optimum ratio of the barium been introduced to sulphur been contained in steel wich is provide the most heat effect of modifier was determinated. There was found the new date about barium behavious mechanism in the metal and about his influence at separate and complex modification on mechanical, technological and maintenancive properties of steel casting. The fundamental results of the work founds a practical implementation in detail producing in mining field.
