Essay

The work presents clinicoimmunologic characteristics of 114 children with different clinical forms of atopic dermatitis (exudative, pruriginous, erythematic-squamous-lichenoidal and combination with respiratory allergosis). It has been established that AD development is influenced by hereditary, medico-biological and socio-hygienic factors. Immunodeficiency characterised by a decrease in T-lymphocytes, number and their functionability as well as by B-lymphocytes number reoders, type I,ІII,V and VII dysimmunoglobulinemia, and disorders in non-specific protective factors has been revealed in 74,6% children. In 66,6% of children there has been revealed some inhibition of T-lymphocyte suppressory activity. There has been suggested a set of treatment measures including enterosorbents (CAC -1 and sorbogel during acute period) and thymogen as immunocorrector during the period of clinical remission (after studying immunologic profile in the child).
