It is defended thesis,in which materials set out in 9 printing works,containing researches on stu- ding clinico-endoscopic,morpho-functional,immu- nological and bacteriological state of large intes- tine at the nonspecif]c and noninfectious colitises. It was established,that it is occured considerable changes of studeng indexes in patients. Traditiona- lly providing therapy is not enough effective,it is not corregive disterbed state of immunity. The in- clusion of preparation "Miramistine" in basis the- rapy,but at the light disease - the application "Mi- ramistine" in condition of monotherapy,it raise considerable the clinical effectivess of treatment, normonolized studing indexes.
