It was received new data about influence which renders dialysis in a condition of cardiovascular systems. Dialysis activates renine- angiotensin-aldosteron system decreases concentration of atrial natriuretic peptide, increases vascular periferical resistance, increases venous blood stagnation and volume of circulating blood, that leads to formation of heart failure decrease. Dynamics of changes in blood pressure depends on concentration of aldosteron and strial natriuretic peptide and their ratio. At the patients taking place on program dialysis the increase of concentration T3 in conditions hyperlipidaemia and reduction of partial pressure of oxygen results in improvement of parameters of lipid oxidation, that requires inclusion of antioxidants in dasically schemes of the therapy. The more ratio nal combined therapy of b1 adrenoblocators and inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme, allows to supervise blood pressure at 88,2% of the patients who are taking place on program dialysis.
