On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches the dependence of parameters of deformation of the compressed and bent elements of wooden structures from size of a working level of pressure is established. The technique of an estimation of serviceability of structures taking place in operation is developed. The analytical dependences, describing process of deformation of wood with short-term loading are offered. The recommendations for use of a developed method of an estimation of serviceability of a design, in practice of inspection are given.
