Essay

To be approved are presented the results of studies on the modern methods of solving disability problems of children with ante- and perinatal pathology. Structure of disability since childhood under conditions of Ukraine transitional economics has been investigated, principal risk factors of children invalidization have been determined. Program of expert assessment of Phenilketonuria (PHKU) screening efficiency and PHKU correction under modern conditions has been developed. Improved (on the basis of PHKU model) methods of prophylaxis of disability since childhood have been determined, ways of reforming of disabled children rehabilitation process normative base have been proposed.
