The dissertation is a clinic-experimental investigation of new popypeptide preparation "Wermilat" influence on the condition of lipid peroxide, antioxidant protection of the organism of the experimental animals, hemostasis, fibrinolisis, antiagregative activity as well as morphological structure of the gingiva. The experimental data became the foundation for use of "Wermilar" in dental clinic for the treatment of chronical cattaral and chronical traumatic cattaral gingivitis. The comparison of the results of the treatment with preparation "Wermilat" and tradition method showed that there are both the shortening of treatment terms and the improvement of follow up results.
