Essay

The object of investigation: 126 patients with acute hepatitis B and 22 healthy persons. The aim of investigation: revealing of EI clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities in patients with HB of different cours severity, endotoxemia and endotoxicosis influence of immune system and the possibility of its reduction by ES. Investigation methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological, seroiogical and EI indices determining. The new clinical methods of EI evaluation in patients with HB have been proposed. They take into account endotoxemia and endotoxicosis levels. The objecive criteria of EI level permint to evaluate hepatitis severity and to predict hepatonecrosis development possibility. Enterosorbent poly-karaya application necessity have been substained with aim to metabolism disturbancens diminution, indirect correction of immune response antioxidant activity in patients with HB.
