The 262 mature newborns investigated (30 of them were healthy and 23intranatal infected and with a signs of bronchopulmonary pathology). Also 42 childs after of 1 months and to 3 years of life were investigated in catamnesis with the aim to optimize the measures of clinic, diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation in newborns with chlamidya infection. The clinical, biochemical, radioimmunological, immunofluorescencive, citological and mathematical methods were used. The correlation of chlamidya infected level to the clinical course of infection were established. Obtained new data about the conditions of lipid peroxydation and of an antiperoxidation systems and hormonal status and of these parameters correlation to patients immunoreactivity in dinamics of bronchopulmonal pathology associated to chlamydial infection. The basals and additional criteria of chlamydial infection diagnosis in mature newborns and new approaches to treatment and rehabilitation of sick childs are developed. Diagnostic criteria a nd measures of treatment and rehabilitation are introduced in the practice of four maternity houses and three neonatology departments of regional hospitals in the towns of Kherson, Berdiansk, Zaporizhya. The prevalence and hardness of complications in intranatal chlamydial infection and the terms of clinical and ethioligical healing are reduced. Consequent patients observation has allowed to reduce an amount of respiratory diseases recurrent cases.
