The patients with cataract (normal and Chernobyl Disaster liquidators) and experimental rabbits. To perfect the treatment of cataract in Chernobyl Disaster liquidators. Methods - ophthalmological, morphological. For the first time was determined the increasing of the frequency enhance of inflamation complications after cataract extraction in liquidators compared with the normal. There was determined that development of this complications as a sequence of regeneration processes in tissues of the eye. "Lipochromin-40" decreases the frequency of this complications.
